We are now growing rapidly, and the team is expanding both in the head office in London and in OSKIA’s own factory in South Wales where all the products are made. OSKIA is looking for a dynamic, imaginative and detail-orientated Social Media & Marketing Manager. The role will have 360-degree ownership of the organic social media strategy and elevate their brand image. Owning social for the brand, you will be a champion for all social channels, creating engaging native content, developing their creative approach and focusing on innovation across new and existing platforms.
The Social Media & Marketing Manager will join our London-based head office and work alongside our ecommerce, commercial and spa teams. You will report to the Head of Marketing but have excellent direct contact with the directors and will have an amazing opportunity to make your mark in the next phase of OSKIA’s growth.
Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of the social media content calendar, planning engaging content in advance while staying agile to capitalise on cultural moments and trends.
* Develop and refine the social media strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
* Oversee all organic and paid social content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with photographers, creatives and graphic designers to produce high-quality, impactful content.
* Analyse Google Analytics and social media performance reports to inform strategic decisions and optimise content.
* Actively manage and engage with the brand community, identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and interaction.
* Capture and curate content for campaign shoots, special projects, and live events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, developing strategic partnerships to drive brand advocacy and earned media.
* Lead the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
* Support the execution of paid marketing initiatives in collaboration with a third-party digital marketing agency, including paid social (Meta), paid search (Google Ads), and retargeting.
* Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.
* Assist with the planning and execution of brand events.
* Proactively seek partnership marketing opportunities in line with the wider marketing strategy and budget.
* Maintain and manage the marketing calendar.
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing on brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years’ experience in social media management and marketing, ideally within a luxury consumer brand (beauty preferred).
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
* Excellent creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
* Proficiency in social media design tools and video editing software.
* Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with excellent project management skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
* Experience in content creation and curation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategies accordingly.
