As an Early Help Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading Early Help assessments, and working within the family hub to provide a high quality of support to children and their families. Multi-agency working skills are key to this role, as well as an ability to engage and communicate with a range of people who have varying needs. In Darlington we pride ourselves on our relational practice and this will be relevant throughout your role.
