Job Description
* Effectively manage administration support to senior team members.
* Responsible for managing diaries.
* Corresponding with clients and other key stakeholders.
* Organising meetings and events.
* Book travel, hotels and couriers and oversee and process team expenses.
* Work effectively and collaboratively with the other team administration staff.
* Manage and oversee projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Personal Assistant' should have:
* A strong educational background with relevant qualifications.
* Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business software.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
