Job title: Landscaping Team Leader
Location: Warboys, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £32,000 DOE (paid hourly)

Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:30
About the role
As a Landscaping Team Leader, you will be responsible for implementing a variety of soft landscaping tasks to transform outdoor spaces. You will be in charge of a team, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. This will involve coordinating daily operations, delegating specific tasks, and providing clear guidance and support to your team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
* Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Previous experience in an operative role is highly desirable.
* A full valid UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential
* Planting and Turfing experience is preferred.
