The role:
You will play a key role in shaping our newly established Student Casework team to ensure the delivery of a high quality service across the University. You will be a member of this specialist team working closely with academic departments, professional services and key stakeholders to develop and deliver effective management and administration of academic appeals, student complaints, student discipline, fitness to practise and academic integrity cases.
Required skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have:
The ability to deal with sensitive and complex casework
Experience of interpreting and applying regulations and policies
Working accurately within set procedures and to set timelines
The ability to communicate clearly, sensitively and accurately to a range of stakeholders
Experience of planning and prioritising a busy workload within a team environment
You will use your skills and experience to support the delivery of effective casework management and to pro-actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
