Key Responsibilities:
* Proctor exams and oversee learner approval processes with precision and attention to detail.
* Lead investigations into malpractice and maladministration, analysing data to determine scope and findings.
* Provide guidance on complex queries, collaborate on audit programme planning, and deputise for the manager as needed.
* Manage the application and approval process for a small portfolio of ATPs, monitor compliance, and liaise on corrective actions and feedback.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with training providers, upholding quality standards and ensuring compliance in the training and certification sector. As Senior Assurance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Certified Training and Education Manager and contributing to the organisation's commitment to excellence.
Benefits:
* A competitive salary of £35-36,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
* Full-time employment (35 hours/week) with a hybrid working arrangement, including office time in London.

* Strong customer service and account management skills, with experience in building relationships with stakeholders.
