What the Job Involves The Fostering Recruitment Marketing Officer position involves conducting initial telephone screenings of prospective foster carers in line with Newham's criteria, managing the progression to social workers for home visits, and planning and coordinating various marketing and recruitment campaigns. Your duties include collaborating with the Communication Team to advertise recruitment events, handling fostering enquiries, developing innovative marketing strategies, and implementing social media campaigns. You will be responsible for updating internal trackers, attending relevant meetings, and creating marketing materials to support recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will manage communications, identify media coverage opportunities, and review referral data to optimize campaign effectiveness. Working within budgetary and time constraints, you will ensure efficient service delivery and provide regular feedback to management on campaign outcomes.
