You’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic marketing plans for multiple best in class marketing campaigns across the Audience and Product Portfolio. Further to this, you’ll also support on key strategic projects as required. What will I be doing? Supporting the campaign set-up and management process across all channels in response to Audience & Product production briefs, including auditing campaign elements prior to launch Working with internal teams to deliver data and digital campaign set-up requirements Supporting all aspects of campaign delivery to time and budget whilst meeting agreed Audience & Product KPIs Working with Adobe, Social and Marketing Apprentice teams to deliver email, SMS, social and other specialist digital marketing activity Maximising the potential of relevant marketing channels to execute activity that results in high levels of audience engagement and delivers on key marketing channel metrics. Conducting in-campaign and post-campaign analysis, preparing regular reports and supporting the implementation of optimisation initiatives to improve live campaign activity. What skills are you looking for? Understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns. Experience of developing campaign assets for use across channels. Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks to deadline. Proven success of good stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively. Passionate marketer with an interest in regional marketing trends and developments. High level of IT literacy, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
