Production Planner

The Company
We're working with a business that has experience in spare parts sales within the Manufacturing / Engineering industry.
The Role:
This role is for a dynamic Production Planner - someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities:
1. Working alongside the Managers
2. Maintaining up-to-date schedules
3. Keeping project resources on track
4. Providing regular updates
5. Liaising with all resources to achieve goals and objectives
6. Managing conflicting requirements alongside project staff
The Individual
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
1. Experience in a similar role
2. Analytics, demand forecasting, and production scheduling
3. Effective communication and coordination
4. Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
8. IT Skills - must include Word, Excel, email, and familiarity with MRP systems
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Exceptional time management with the ability to meet critical deadlines
11. Positive attitude and the desire to learn
