The Marketing Manager is an integral part of the fun, yet driven Sales and Marketing team. They play a key role in delivering effective marketing strategies in line with our values to achieve our growth goals across Seymour House and Nursery Kitchen.
About the role
* Divide your time appropriately between two super driven organisations.
* Support the Head of Sales & Marketing to deliver the marketing and growth strategy.
* Guide the Marketing Executive to deliver the best results and advance their skills.
* Targeted marketing campaign planning and execution.
* Oversee social media and content strategy and execution.
* Create optimised, long-form content for digital platforms and printed publications.
* Liaise with external graphic design, digital, PR and photography teams.
* Ensure that the brand remains consistent across all outputs and customer touchpoints.

Location: Hybrid – office based and home working with occasional site visits.
Hours: Up to 40 hrs per week with flexible working schedule. We’re looking for the best person to join our team, so we’re happy to consider part-time and full-time applicants.

About you
* A degree or professional qualification in Marketing with proven experience.
* A passion for good food and nutrition, with an innate desire to see people flourish.
* A drive to achieve successful, impactful results, self-motivated, and a great team player.
* Thrives when under pressure, able to prioritise, and agile in fast paced environments.
* Beyond brilliant written communication skills and detail oriented.
* Good experience using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and out of this world creative!
* Excellent understanding of on-page and technical SEO and Google Analytics.
* Full, clean driving license and willing to travel.
* You’ll visit nursery schools so will need an Enhanced DBS.
