Responsibilities
* Based at Head Office in Stirling with a requirement for routine site visits nationally.
* Responsible for all aspects of the preparation of formal offers from first principles, including procurement of quotations for materials and services particular to each project, and finalizing submissions with the contract management and commercial teams.
Qualifications And Skills
* Appropriate Diploma/Degree level education.
* Proven experience within the construction industry, with experience in the Natural Stone Industry preferable.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
* Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
