Areas of Responsibility of this Senior Commercial Account Handler role include:
5. Placing multi-class programmes of insurance for a portfolio clients
6. Ensuring the adequacy and appropriateness of cover
7. Checking the accuracy of policy documentation
8. Resolving client enquiries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
9. Providing effective day to day management of the client relationship
10. Undertaking renewal broking exercises, including:-
11. Updating risk information
12. Negotiating with insurers
13. Liaising with the Account Executive
14. Developing and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships
15. Providing technical expertise across a broad range of commercial insurance business
16. Occasional client visits in support of the Account Executive
