SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: WS2
Hours: 32.5 Hours Per Week, (Part Time Welcomed), Term-time only
Salary: £13.08 - £16.15 Per hour
Start Date: ASAP
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who genuinely cares. Someone who sees every child as full of potential — and knows how to meet them where they are.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to access learning, grow in confidence, and thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Whether it's providing 1:1 support, working in small groups, or collaborating with teaching staff, your work as a SEND Teaching Assistant will directly shape the school experience for some of our most incredible learners.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day could include:
1. Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and more
2. Helping to deliver personalised learning plans
3. Creating a calm, encouraging learning space
4. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
5. Championing the voice and wellbeing of every child
