In this role, you'll lead digital strategy development for top-tier global clients. You'll work closely with senior leaders and specialist digital teams to craft innovative, data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business results. What You'll Do Lead the development of data-driven digital strategies alongside senior leadership. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring digital campaigns align with overarching strategy, deliver objectives and exceed expectations. Oversee the financial management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns stay on budget and on objective. Manage and mentor a growing team, helping junior members develop their digital expertise. Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations, using insights to continuously improve campaigns. What We're Looking For Experience: 4 years of experience in digital account strategy, planning & management, with a deep understanding of digital media channels such as PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates. ATL and eCommerce experience is a bonus. Client-Facing Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with clients, providing strategic digital advice and delivering exceptional service. Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, helping them grow and succeed. Curiosity: A passion for staying on top of digital marketing trends and innovations, with a desire to experiment and push boundaries. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to shape strategy and demonstrate campaign effectiveness. Collaboration: Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, working with internal teams to deliver outstanding results. Measures of Success 3 Months: Built strong client and team relationships, familiarized yourself with ongoing digital campaigns, and contributed valuable insights to strategy. 6 Months: Delivered effective, results-driven digital campaigns, demonstrated expertise in client businesses, and led your team with confidence.
