PositionOverview:
Asa Sound Proofing Installation Engineer, you will play a crucialrole in delivering high-quality soundproofing solutions toour partner'sclients. You will be responsible for theinstallation of soundproofing materials across various areas,ensuring that all work meets company standards and customersatisfaction. This role demands a strong focus on customer service,adherence to health and safety regulations, and meticulousrecord-keeping.
KeyResponsibilities:
Installation and MaterialsHandling:
* Collectand offload materials required for eachjob.
* Collaboratewithin theinstallation team tosoundproof:
o Walls
o Floors
o Ceilings
o Cupboards
o Bespokeareas as specified byclients.
CustomerInteraction:
* Communicateeffectively with clients to ensure they are informed and satisfiedwith the work being carried out or any changes to the originalplan.
* Provide aprofessional and positive customer service experience, keeping theclients' needs at the forefront of allinteractions.
Health andSafety:
* Strictlyadhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing dutieson-site.
* Ensure thatcorporate clothing is clean and presentable at alltimes.
AdministrativeDuties:
* Informthe office of any additional work, time, or materials requiredduring theproject.
* Complete andsubmit timesheets to the finance department by Thursday beforepayday eachweek.
* Maintainorganized and accurate records, including timesheets and receipts,to be handed in on a bi-weeklybasis.
WeeklyResponsibilities:
* Keeptools and the company van clean andwell-maintained.
* Workproactively on bringing new clients to the company, contributing tobusinessdevelopment.
* Ensurethat the storage lock-up is organized andclean.
* Report directlyto the Team Leader for any task-related queries orconcerns.
Qualifications andSkills:
* Qualificationin the building trade isrequired.
* Experiencein:
o Carpentry
o Firestopping
o Groundworks
o Labouring
* Previousexperience in soundproofing or related fields ispreferred.
* Strongattention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-qualitywork.
* Excellentcommunication skills with a customer-focusedapproach.
* Ability towork independently as well as part of ateam.
* Basic knowledgeof health and safetyregulations.
* Organizationalskills for managing tools, materials, anddocumentation.
Reporting:
* Thisposition reports directly to theOperationsManager.
Travel andOvertime:
* Workovertime such as weekends and evenings asneeded.
* Work out oftown if needed.

* 185.00- 200.00 less CIS dependent on skill &experience
