The Role: As the Farm and Agriculture Account Executive, you will drive growth by identifying and seizing new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling within the farm insurance sector. If you have experience, there’s a warm book of business ready for you to inherit You’ll build lasting relationships with clients and insurers, offer bespoke insurance advice, and deliver exceptional service. Your expertise will help shape tailored solutions for farms and agricultural businesses, contributing to our continuous growth. Key Responsibilities: Grow and develop the farm insurance book through new business, upselling, and cross-selling. Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and insurers. Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement. Provide top-notch customer service with accurate, independent insurance advice. The Ideal Candidate: Experience in Farm and Agricultural or Commercial Insurance is essential. Strong technical knowledge and a passion for expanding specialist expertise. Self-motivated and driven to exceed individual and team goals. Excellent IT, communication, and client management skills. CII qualification is preferred, but full support for progression will be provided.
