We’re looking for a highly organised Studio and Production Lead to join our tight-knit in-house creative team. This role is vital to delivering our ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond. The right person will plan, resource and drive project s to help us create attention-grabbing work that makes Zilch famous. Working closely with the Head of Creative and Design and Head of Copy, you’ll manage the workflow within the creative department, ensuring projects run smoothly from brief to delivery. You’ll oversee project planning, manage briefs, timings, budgets and resources, and drive high-quality outputs. This role involves prioritising projects based on business impact and staying ahead of the pipeline to ensure we’re always prepared. We’re looking for someone supremely organised with exceptional communication skills. You’ll be the bridge between teams, building relationships and diplomatically driving projects to completion at the highest standard. Day-to-day responsibilities. Reviewing and improving current workflows. Establishing scalable processes to support the creative team’s growth and efficiency. Managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables meet the brief. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business and project needs. Analysing briefs, managing deadlines and assigning creatives in partnership with the Head of Creative and Design. Building and managing relationships with external suppliers. Assisting in pre-production stages of shoots. Ensuring smooth production processes and on-time delivery. Planning ahead to ensure we are prepared and resourced for future projects. We're looking for Excellent organisational skills and up to date with the latest tools needed to run an effective studio. A mindset that challenges the status quo with a drive for continuous improvement. A passion for creative and design. A solid understanding of the creative process, whether it’s print, digital, copy or motion. Experience managing and delivering 360 campaigns. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. An understanding and embracing of AI as a tool for workflow and efficiency.
