Ecommerce Support Analyst Salary is: £30K per annum quarterly bonus Hybrid working: 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days from home Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 8.30am - 5.30pm (start and finish times as agreed with line manager) What youll do As an Ecommerce / product specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of all sales administration, reporting and analysis to effectively and efficiently support business strategies and objectives. You will be supporting the sales team by performing sales analysis as well as building and maintaining daily relationships to drive sales activities and resolve any issues which may arise within the team, wider business, and customers alike. How youll do it Collaborate with entire sales team including channel support to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximise results and achieve goals. Assist customers and sales team with all account related questions, issues, or concerns. Provide accurate, timely information regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, and quotes. Analyse and understand industry market trends, competition, products and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary. Run and perform in-depth analysis of reports/dashboards regularly highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities Daily/Weekly financial model (FIMO) loading in Sales Force for non-contractual and contractual. Coordinate shipment plan between logistic and sales operations. Demonstrate an ability to learn company system applications such as Oracle, Business Objects, Salesforce.com. What youll need Some Key Skills required: Sales Admin Reporting Analysis Intermediate to Advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivots, formulas) Strong analytical skills Can leverage data Detail Orientated Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including advanced knowledge of Excel Passion for business, tech savvy and quick to adapt new concepts Strong analytical skills, leverage data to develop actionable outcomes. Strong English verbal and written communication skills, additional European languages are a benefit What youve done Previous experience in an eCommerce sales capacity or equivalent position. Information and Communication Technology industry background is advantageous.
