£40,000 per annum + Company vehicle & fuel card + Excellent Benefits
Due to a recent win of a major three-year project, we are now seeking a skilled and experienced Dual-Trained Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor to join our team. This role will be based at prominent hospital trusts in Southwest London, with key sites in Epsom, St Helier, and Croydon.
As part of our growing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the project throughout its duration, with the opportunity for continued growth beyond the project’s completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct asbestos surveys across a variety of properties, including domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings.
2. Mentor assistant asbestos surveyors, providing guidance and support.
3. Carry out 4-stage clearances and other air tests (backgrounds, leaks, reassurance, and personal air monitoring) at sites throughout the South.
4. Ensure high-quality documentation, completing all files and paperwork in line with AEC UKAS procedures.
5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and clients.
6. Uphold professional standards in attendance, punctuality, appearance, and adherence to health & safety protocols.
Requirements & Experience:
1. P402, P403, and P404 qualifications are required.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Knowledge and understanding of the HSG 248 Analyst Guide principles.
4. Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and travel as needed.
5. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.
6. Full UK driving license is essential.
