This is a Monday to Friday part-time role (18 hours per week), with flexibility around the work schedule. We’re happy to discuss and tailor the work pattern during the interview process.
Role Outline
Supporting the QA team to maintain compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and provide support to achieve the delivery of customer deployment projects for the OCELLOS by TrakCel product.
Main Responsibilities
* Administration of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS):
o User account administration.
o Maintenance of training packages.
o Uploading completed records and documents.
o Migration of historic records and documents to the eQMS.
o Monitor due status of Competency Records in the eQMS and liaise with department managers to initiate.
* Provide eQMS support to users and liaise with service provider on unresolved user issues.
* Support in the collation and reporting of Key Performance Indicators associated with the QMS.
* Monitor and report on completion of training in the business.
* Management of documents through DocuSign.
* Provide support to other members of the QA team, as required.
* Where required, undertake all other reasonable and related tasks allocated by management.
Skills and Experience - Essential
* Demonstrable experience in an administration role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly SharePoint and Excel.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
* Proactive and results-driven, able to work independently while consistently applying best practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Strong collaborator, skilled at working cross-functionally to achieve objectives while fostering and maintaining positive working relationships.
Skills and Experience - Desirable
* Experience of working within an ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System.
* Experience of working within Life Sciences or other regulated industries.
* Experience of working with an electronic Quality Management System.
