TeamJobs are delighted to be working with a well-established and successful company in Poole who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.
Location: Poole
Salary: £24,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Type: Office-Based, Full-Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You'll be a valued member of the team, supporting the finance function and liaising with key departments such as the sales/service desk and stock control.
What you'll be doing:
1. Daily invoicing and banking
2. Credit control and purchase ledger management
3. General accounts administration
4. Supporting finance processes across the business
Previous experience with Sage 200 is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided. Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
What we're looking for:
1. Experience working in an accounts or finance role
2. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
3. Confident communication and relationship-building skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
5. GCSEs or equivalent
6. Ability to commute to the Poole (BH12) area
The details:
£24,000 per annum + quarterly bonus
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm (office based)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
