Job Title: Site Manager

A National housing developer is embarking on an exciting new project in Rugby and is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new housing development, supported by an Assistant Site Manager.
Job Duties:
* Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
* Supervise and direct subcontractors and construction workers
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor and maintain quality control standards
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
* Prepare and submit regular progress reports
* Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment
Required Qualifications:
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
* Valid First Aid certification
* Full UK Driving Licence
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
* Proven experience in PLC housing and site management
* Experience in overseeing new build housing projects
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field
* Additional health and safety certifications
* Experience working with national housing developers
Working Conditions:
The Site Manager will be based on-site in Rugby, overseeing the construction project. The role may require occasional travel to other project locations.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, along with a car allowance or company car, bonus scheme, private pension, and healthcare benefits.
