We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client, one of the leading rental companies in the UK. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maximising sales opportunities where possible.
Responsibilities:
* Identify customers’ needs, take reservations, and close enquiries.
* Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage face-to-face interactions.
* Meet and exceed customer requirements.
* Identify sales opportunities.
* Resolve customer complaints or issues.
* Coordinate delivery and collections.
* Complete all required documentation.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
About You:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proficiency in computer skills (spreadsheets, email, and in-house systems).
* Strong attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-focused environment.
* Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months).
