Who we’re looking for Seat Unique is looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketplace Operations Executive who is passionate about optimising processes and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of our premium ticketing platform. You should be detail-oriented, data-driven, and have a keen interest in the live events industry, ensuring our marketplace functions efficiently and delivers exceptional experiences for our customers and partners. We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry. Responsibilities As a Marketplace Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our platform. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with partners, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the accurate and timely display of event listings. You will also monitor marketplace performance, analyse data to identify improvements, and work closely with the wider team to ensure our platform meets the needs of both customers and partners. Your role will involve: Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are listed accurately and in a timely manner Manage pricing within the product both dynamically and manually Work with partners to ensure that their content is inputted correctly and efficiently Solutionise and propose technical improvements and automations to streamline processes and increase efficiency Build and monitor the effectiveness of pages on the marketplace, including analysing key metrics and making recommendations for improvements Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are working collaboratively towards common goals Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all marketplace operations are standardised and streamlined Identify areas for improvement within marketplace operations and work with the Head of Marketplace to develop and implement strategies to address them Be adaptable and able to work to last minute deadlines alongside strategic planning Communicate effectively with team members, partners and stakeholders across the business Have a passion for process improvement and streamlining Requirements Skills & Experience While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the richness of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include: Experience in operations, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies Have excellent digital literacy Must have impeccable attention to detail Must be a fast learner with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Have confidence in decision making Have an interest in sport, music and major live events Benefits Target compensation package: Up to £30k quarterly bonus share options benefits.
