* Managing incoming mail, courier services, and departmental requests
* Maintaining electronic filing and document management systems
* Preparing digital court bundles and handling reprographics support
* Conducting conflict searches and opening new case files
* Overseeing travel arrangements and office supply inventory
Your Skills:
* Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and customer service
* Proven administrative experience, ideally in professional services
* Proficient in IT, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Skilled in meeting deadlines and managing workload independently
