R13 Recruitment are currently partnering with a leading insurance provider in their search for a Customer Service Representative to join their Norwich-based team. Joining their highly successful team, you will be a first point of contact for customers, advising on products, and accurately updating records.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 5pm or 9.30am – 6pm, and is offering a salary of £22,000 - £23,000 DOE, plus bonus.

The day to day
1. Providing expert advice on the range of products sold by the company.
2. Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email.
3. Processing documents, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
4. Making a positive impact on every customer call, efficiently and effectively having the right conversations to meet their needs.
5. Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service.
You will have/be:
1. GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English.
2. Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
5. The ability to adapt/respond to different types of enquiries.
6. Dedication and commitment to drive performance.
