Your focus will be on promoting CI products, attachments, and technologies and building brand relevance by planning and strategizing social media campaigns that increase engagement and inspire action. JOB DUTIES: Global CI Content Strategy & Execution - Build and maintain strong relationships with CI social leads worldwide, serving as a go-to resource for best practices and champion for social media innovation within CI. Bring together regional social marketing owners across CI to ensure strategic alignment and coordinated efforts. Serve as a SME, consultant, and point of contact for regional teams, as needed. - Work with team strategy lead to align content strategies and editorial calendars to CI business goals in order to show strategic growth in key KPIs for CI social media worldwide. Conduct research and collaborate with global teams to understand and document unique social marketing needs, opportunities, and regional variances across different countries. - Partner with regional marketing teams, product groups, product content teams, and retail teams to develop and communicate monthly packages of social media content across all CI regional marketing teams and dealers that align with enterprise social vision and global CI social media strategy, compliment other CI marketing efforts, and drive toward a consistent global CI social media customer experience. This includes managing translations in multiple languages. - Regularly analyze global social media metrics and utilize insights to recommend enhancements to our strategies. Engage in ongoing testing and optimization to continually refine and advance social media initiatives. Provide regular, valuable and actionable insights to CI social leads. - Evolve and expand our social marketing strategies by identifying new and innovative opportunities and tactics beyond current efforts, researching emerging global trends, and participating in social advisory groups. - Manage agency team members, a portfolio of projects, and annual budget. Team Communications: - Act as the GCI division champion for social media and community engagement, driving enthusiasm and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and our dealer network. Keep everyone informed and energized about developments and opportunities within the social media landscape. - Envision, develop, implement, and optimize social media marketing capabilities within CI by developing social media marketing best practices, delivering ongoing training, facilitating collaborative workshops, and providing strategic consultation to regional marketing teams globally. Stay up to date on social media best practices, channels, tools, and training both internally and externally. - Work with enterprise and business unit partners to curate and streamline communication of content for CI social leads worldwide. Provide valuable business unit insights to enterprise and business unit partners to further collaboration and advocate for CI social media goals. - Maintain playbooks and documentation of team best practices and processes. What You Have (Skills & Experience) - Progressive work experience in roles leading/managing social marketing and content efforts. - Experience working on large/complex digital marketing initiatives and/or working with large brands/complex organizations. - Promotion & Marketing Communications: Experience leading or managing CX/UX strategy efforts, digital marketing strategies, communication and content strategies, website development, email marketing, marketing automation, and/or digital analytics. - Collaboration: Experience developing and managing programs, leading cross-functional teams, and working across internal and external business partners. - Vendor/Supplier Management: Demonstrated experience leading, deploying and enhancing successful customer-facing websites or comparable digital channels. - Strategic Thinking: A deep understanding of each social channel and why/how different target audiences use them, as well as knowing how to translate the brand's positioning. - Effective Communication: Always focused on matching the right message to the audience; Ability to take complex digital concepts and translate into language appropriate for executive leadership, management and project team members. - Creativity: Experience developing and delivering persuasive presentations, recommendations, proposals and business cases that inspire action.
