We are looking for a driven and detailorientedPMO Analyst to join our team and support the successful delivery ofcritical projects for one of our key clients. You ll play anessential role in building and maintaining the project managementoffice (PMO) helping to drive governance reporting and resourcemanagement across a diverse portfolio of programs.
Role Summary:
The PMO Analyst role is a critical component of theproject management office tasked with managing project supportfunctions and aiding in the governance of diverse programmes. Thisposition requires a proactive detailoriented professional who cannavigate a dynamic environment while fostering collaboration acrossteams and ensuring adherence to project standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* ProjectSupport: Provide administrative and analytical support tothe PMO Manager and Program Managers ensuringsmooth operation of the project management office and successfulproject execution.
* Governance &Reporting: Assist in the development and implementationof governance processes. Track key project metrics and preparedetailed reports on program progress risks and resourceutilisation.
* Documentation &Tracking: Ensure all project documentation is uptodateorganised and accessible. Maintain project logs track milestonesand report any potential issues or deviations from the projectplan.
* Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with project teams and stakeholders ensuring clear andconsistent communication across all levels of the organisation.Assist in preparing presentations and reports for seniorleadership.
* Risk & IssueManagement: Assist in identifying project risks andissues working closely with the PMO Manager to implement mitigationstrategies and ensure timelyresolution.
* Process Improvement:Continuously look for opportunities to improve project managementprocesses tools and templates to increase efficiency andeffectiveness across theportfolio.
* Resource ManagementSupport: Help manage resource allocation and capacityplanning ensuring that all programs have the necessary support tomeet their goals.
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in a PMO orproject management support role preferably in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
* Strong understanding of projectmanagement methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile PRINCE2etc.).
* Excellent organisationalskills with the ability to handle multiple projects andtasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability toproduce highquality reports anddocumentation.
* Analytical skills with theability to interpret project data and provide insights to drivedecisionmaking.
* Effective communicationskills with the ability to engage with stakeholders atall levels and provide clear conciseupdates.
* Aproactive approach to problemsolving and processimprovement always looking for ways to optimise projectoutcomes.
