Junior Sous Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.
About the Role
The Junior Sous Chef will hold a management position within the kitchen department, reporting to the Sous Chefs and responsible for co-supervising the day-to-day running of the Culinary team. The team works straight shifts, and the ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of H&S and allergens.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and service of all culinary areas, including banqueting and restaurant service.
* Mentor and develop a passionate and developing team, who are excited by the new opening of the kitchen.
* Contribute to the creation of exceptional food and service, aligning with the Four Seasons culture and values.
Requirements
* Previous experience with banqueting and restaurant service is preferred.
* Excellent knowledge of H&S and allergens is essential.
* A hands-on leadership style that motivates and drives a team keen for knowledge and growth.
