As one of our highly skilled Sales Advisors you’ll be responsible for providing first-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building long lasting customer relationships to achieve business sales goals.

What you’ll do:
* Deliver exceptional customer service on a Skin + Me counter in a retail beauty department.
* Maintain stock and counter presentation to always be ‘customer ready’.
* Approach customers in a warm and friendly manner, listening effectively to understand their needs and find the perfect Skin + Me products for them.
* Manage customer queries quickly by problem solving effectively.
* Achieve individual targets and contribute to team targets to meet and exceed store goals.
* Suggest ideas and improvements to drive opportunities for improved customer experience and sales in store.
* Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, store teams, brand partners, and external stakeholders.
* Work with the Skin + Me Dermatology Team to develop your knowledge of skin concerns, product formulations, ingredients, and more.
Who you are:
* You have a passion and energy to provide inspirational, positive, and personalised experiences to every customer.
* You have a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* You have a strong interest and enthusiasm for skincare, staying up to date on the latest industry trends, and a desire to drive your own development and learning.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
* You are collaborative in your nature and thrive as part of a team.
* You possess a sales-driven mindset, with resilience and drive to continuously meet and exceed targets.
* Knowledge of skincare concerns, ingredients, and product formulations is a plus, but training will be provided by our Skin + Me Experts.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
