In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a competitive salary and commission structure, highly discounted Skin Me products, exclusive training opportunities, mental health and wellbeing support, and so much more What you’ll do: Take every opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service on a Skin Me counter in a retail beauty department Keep the shop floor running smoothly, maintaining stock and counter presentation to always be ‘customer ready’ Confidently approach customers in a warm and friendly manner, you will listen effectively and understand their needs to find the perfect Skin Me products for them Manage customer queries quickly by problem solving effectively Achieve individual targets and contribute well to the team targets to meet and exceed store goals Suggest ideas and improvements to drive opportunities for improved customer experience and sales in store Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues, store teams, brand partners and external stakeholders Work with the Skin Me Dermatology Team to develop your knowledge of skin concerns, product formulations, ingredients and more.
