Based in Newtownabbey, they are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position. Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours With a salary of £28,000 - £36,000 Job Role: You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. Essential Criteria: Experience of working as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role. IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as CRM Software. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system. Maintain and update customer records and sales databases. Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings. Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals. Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed. Support marketing activities and campaigns as required.
