Job Title: KS2 SEN Intervention Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Greys Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: The KS2 SEN Intervention Tutor will be responsible for providing specialised support and guidance to Key Stage 2 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Duties include developing and implementing individualised education plans, delivering tailored interventions to support learning and development, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students. Required Qualifications: - Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs - Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting - Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions Education: A degree in Education or a related field Experience: Proven experience working with Key Stage 2 students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: - Understanding of SEN regulations and best practises - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs - Excellent organisational and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Additional training in specific SEN areas - Certification in Special Educational Needs Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, primarily within a learners home setting. The KS2 SEN Intervention Tutor may need to adapt to the individual needs and schedules of students, collaborating closely with school staff and parents to provide the best possible support.
