About the Role
As Customer Marketing Activation Manager, you will be responsible for recommending, executing, and evaluating omnichannel activities for selected top customers in the United Kingdom & Ireland.
Alongside local Sales teams and our distributor partners you will deliver Joint Business Plans through online and offline activities that drive sales and build brand equity for Tork.
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager UK & Ireland the primary place of work is our Dunstable office, however under our hybrid working model you will have the opportunity to work from home, two days per week.

What You Will Do
1. Recommend and activate omnichannel customer marketing plansincluding offline and online elements, for selected strategic customers, including promotional campaigns, communications calendar, and product launch support
2. Build Tork brand Equity with distributors through delivering brand presence at trade shows and exhibitions in collaboration with Segment and Sales team
3. Support the launch of product innovations and Segment/Brand campaigns following business unit strategy
4. Develop a strong understanding of the major components of the Tork Brand equity and become the advocate amongst the sales and distribution teams
5. Establish Tork’s digital shelf presence on distributors webshops, utilizing content and content sharing capabilities via our Tork dealer interface; continuously monitor, analyse, and improve content integrity and accuracy in partnership with the distributor
6. Provide support with budget management and campaign analytics
7. Manage local marketing agencies to secure development of customised content
8. In conjunction with Sales, make recommendations to optimise customers’ product mix ensuring a robust marketing ROI, follow-up with corrective actions
9. Be an active voice in the Region South-West/MEIA Marketing team to strengthen our differentiated omnichannel approach - sharing content / best practices / learnings across the region to support local teams
10. Responsible for coordinating and performing Product, Segment, Brand and Services training as well as loyalty programs for customers
Who You Are
If you are passionate about delivering on strategic marketing plans in collaboration with commercial colleagues and are driven by innovation in products across multiple B2B segments, then this could be just for you.Key to success is having an enthusiastic and open-minded approach to work combined with a strong sense of urgency. You will be a self-starter who is keen to activate and implement local strategies whilst also ensuring full delivery.
You will be highly customer focused, ideally gained within a B2B marketing environment, or have strong B2C experience. If you have market sector experience working with distributors that’s even better, but not essential.Ideally you will hold a degree level qualification and have demonstrable experience working in a global matrix organisation.
You will be a confident and credible presenter with excellent communication skills and be adept at developing relationships with people across all levels of business. With extensive UK & ROI travel required to develop customer relationships you will also be required to travel 2-3 times per year within Europe.
