Salary: Up to £38,000 dependent on qualifications and experience

Shanti Flynn, our Director of Education, is looking to add an Education Coach to her team. Together with Sarah, they have over 45 years of experience in early years EYFS and are passionate about the role the Education team plays in delivering outstanding experiences for young children.

About the role:
As an Education Coach, you’ll ensure a culture of excellence, high standards, and continuous improvement across the nurseries in your region. You will have detailed knowledge of child development and different pedagogical approaches. You will provide targeted support to a group of nurseries to ensure the quality of education is consistently high and continually improving. Key activities include:
1. Mentoring EY Educators and modelling best practice
2. Ensuring consistently high-quality teaching and learning
3. Coaching management teams on bringing our curriculum to life
4. Supporting teams to work in partnership with parents on their child’s learning
About you:
1. Experience in Nursery Management teams as either a Senior EYE, Deputy or Nursery Manager
2. Strong verbal communication skills particularly when used in mentoring and coaching approaches
3. Proficient in active listening to understand barriers that educators may be facing
4. Passion for the important role our educators play in our sector and with our young children
5. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework
What you'll need:
1. Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (Level 3 or above)
2. A driver's license and access to a vehicle as this role requires travel to multiple locations, some of which are not on public transport routes
3. Proven experience working with all age groups within Early Years
