Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, with experience in the Criminal Justice sector, to join our market leading facilities management client in the London area.
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading all projects on site, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover. The role includes overseeing projects, and minor works up to £1M, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary lead for all projects on site, ensuring smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client, the MoJ, and subcontractors.
• Ensure that health & safety (H&S) inductions and standards are met across all projects.
• Create detailed project specifications for MoJ approval.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects remain within set constraints.
• Provide monthly project reports to clients.
• Effectively manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations throughout projects.
• Allocate and oversee subcontractor escorting staff.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Facilities Management, Project Management, or Engineering.
