Job Title: Care Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Provide assistance to clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
2. Assist with meal preparation and feeding
3. Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
4. Help clients with mobility and transfers
5. Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
6. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
7. Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor
4. Strong communication skills
5. Ability to follow instructions and work independently
6. Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
7. Must pass a background check and drug screening
