Requirements
* Valid UK driving licence is essential.
* Great communication skills and build rapport with our customers.
* Previous experience is desired but not essential.
* Able to work well with figures/numbers and thoroughness in completing paperwork.
* Well-presented with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
Role and Responsibilities
* Fantastic earning potential: £25,000 salary + commission paid weekly on top – Realistic OTE £50k to £70k.
* 5 day working week to cover weekend hours – regular weekends off (1 in 3 weeks)
* Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt to a competitive environment.
* Deliver an exceptional welcome to customers arriving at our showrooms. Explaining and demonstrating the features and benefits as customers select their perfect car amongst hundreds in stock.
* Achieve sales targets agreed with the Sales Manager after completing induction training program.
* Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer – that means going the extra mile for everyone who walks into our showroom.
* Conduct test drives with Customers.
* Build a natural rapport with customers in the showroom.
