An excellent overall understanding of branding and marketing principles and must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment A self-starter with the ability to think innovatively about how to create marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive web traffic, engagement, and converting traffic to leads SEO/SEM: Extensive knowledge of SEO and Google AdWords best practices, tools, competitive and keyword analysis, back-links, and improving search rankings and visibility Creative mindset, positive attitude, enterprising person, high-energy, strong leader Monitoring and analysing campaign effectiveness Create a strong sense of brand identity across digital channels Website architecture and design Creating quarterly and monthly content calendars Organising and assisting with trade shows Driving the creation of various content (newsletters, blogs, social media articles, etc), managing internal and external resources to drive the marketing plan Strategising to deliver an evolving plan for digital marketing campaigns And what do you get in return?
