Location: Halifax
Annual salary: £39,500 + excellent benefits
Hours of work: Full or part-time available, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with hybrid working

About the role
You will carry out assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. Your insights will be used to produce reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine eligibility for benefits. We ensure you have sufficient time with each customer for a quality, respectful service.
Each assessment varies, working on a range of cases across different conditions. We support you to manage your caseloads efficiently and deliver excellent service. Our team combines integrity with extensive clinical knowledge to serve our customers effectively.
What we look for
* A HCPC registered physiotherapist with at least 1 year’s broad post-registration experience
* Proactive and eager to learn
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment
* Experience working with diverse conditions, including mental health
