What you will do: You will be supported by the SCCAMHS Team Leader and the Social Work Through Care Team Leader (NAHSCP) through line management and supervision as well as receiving additional support and supervision from the Senior Nurse for CAMHS. You will provide comprehensive and systemic mental health assessment and sort term treatments for young people up to the age of 25 who are care experienced. Along with liaison with other CAMHS clinicians, Social Workers, hospital staff across a range of clinical areas, and wider services for children and young people. You will work alongside the NAHSCP Social Work Through Care Team, Multidisciplinary Community CAMHS, CAMHS Unscheduled and Intensive Treatment Team, CAMHS Neuro teams and Adult CMHTs to provide a seamless service whilst maintaining close links with Paediatric Inpatient Service, Skye House (adolescent inpatient), Woodland View (AMH hospital) and Foxgrove (National Secure Adolescent Inpatient Service). You should have evidence of significant post registration professional practice and experience to undertake and fulfil the key areas for this post. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to working with young people who may have multiple and complex needs. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have experience in risk assessment and risk management.
