THE ROLE
A new and exciting role has arisen in a well-established firm for a Private Client Lawyer in Leicestershire with a minimum of three years PQE working in a similar role. This role is suited to a tenacious Lawyer who works well in a team and is able to display professionalism and great attention to detail in their work.
The successful Lawyer will be well informed in general Private Client matters undertaking duties to include:
1. Estate administration;
2. Probate matters;
3. Managing trust files;
4. Assisting, advising and managing client expectations;
5. Delegating work to junior staff;
6. Compliance;
7. Risk assessments;
8. File reviews.
The successful lawyer will be able to use their initiative in prioritising their workload, showing good multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ solid experience. Previous expertise in supervising junior staff and risk assessment compliance is essential. You must be personable, tenacious, and an avid team player. You will be dedicated to providing excellent client care with good organisational skills. You will be IT literate and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
