Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for a Children’s Care Home in Wolverhampton.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to support children and young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Duties of a Registered Manager will include:
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring Ofsted compliance
2. Lead and supervise staff, conducting appraisals and training
3. Implement policies and maintain high care standards
4. Ensure robust safeguarding measures and risk assessments
5. Promote positive outcomes in health, education, and well-being
6. Develop and oversee individual care plans
7. Recruit, train, and retain a skilled team
8. Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks
9. Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
10. Liaise with local authorities, social workers, and external agencies
11. Attend LAC reviews, child protection meetings, and strategy discussions
12. Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
13. Maintain a safe, well-equipped home environment
In order to be considered for the role of a Registered Manager:
1. Recent experience working within the residential sector at a Registered Manager level within a Children Residential Service
2. A “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within your recent OFSTED Inspections
3. Exceptional management & leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care.
4. Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) - or equivalent
5. Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management - or equivalent
