Elevation Recruitment Business Support division are recruiting for a leading manufacturer in Rotherham in their search for an Internal Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis.£28,000Office BasedFull time Fantastic Benefits and salary growthAs an Internal Sales Coordinator your key job role and responsibilities will include: Deal with customer enquiries, by telephone and email, including placing orders, checking the details on our systems, and rescheduling if required. Supporting our external sales team, you will also assist with preparing costs, quotations, and collating specifications. Liaising with our internal colleagues and our customers for their deliveries. Monitoring their warehouse stocks for efficiencies and ensuring aging stock is minimised, calculating customer price movements i.e., PPI/Indexed contracts and their third-party processes for systems accuracy. Assisting to maximise sales through our commercial applications, using the Quest/CRM/ESP Running scheduled reports to ensure accurate controls are in place and dealing with general administration Processing Customer orders Updating Customers Raising quotes Successful candidates will have excellent Sales Admin/ Account Management/Customer Service experience ideally within Manufacturing.
