We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Nurse with a passion for Respiratory care.
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time post as Junior Sister/Junior Charge Nurse to come work on 8 East at the Royal Free Hospital.
8 East Ward is a dynamic 28-bedded unit specializing in respiratory care, featuring a dedicated Respiratory Care Unit at its heart. We provide up to Level 2 care for patients, and our team is highly skilled in Tracheostomy management and Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV).
As a Band 6 Junior Sister/Junior Charge Nurse, you will work closely with the Ward Manager, balancing both clinical responsibilities and management duties. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your leadership and people management skills while contributing to high-quality patient care.
Desirable qualification: NIV competent and completed the appropriate assessment or with significant experience.
