Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operation and management of the school’s facilities and estates.
* Develop and implement systems and procedures to maintain the highest operational standards.
* Promote collaborative working relationships across all teams to support professional development.
* Provide strategic oversight for premises and facilities management throughout the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A management qualification.
* Proven experience in driving operational improvements and achieving results.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams to perform at their best.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently presenting both written and verbal information to a range of stakeholders.
