Responsibilities Work alongside class teachers to raise pupil learning and attainment. Promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. Provide one-to-one and group support to help pupils access the curriculum, engage in learning, and achieve success. Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Uphold the professional standards set out in the Staff Code of Conduct. Requirements Is passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs. Has experience in an educational setting. Demonstrates patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach. Is an excellent communicator and a team player. Is committed to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment.
