£150 per day
Our client, who are a world renowned aviation organisation, is committed to being a responsible neighbour and sharing the benefits of their operations with the local community. Their goal is to positively impact over one million residents through their community investment programs by 2030. They achieve this through various initiatives, including community volunteering, local school partnerships, and supporting local charities and community groups.
Tate are delighted to be supporting them in finding a passionate and experienced Community Investment Co-ordinator to join their Communities and Sustainability Team. This role involves supporting and delivering their community investment activities, working collaboratively with local groups, charities, councils, and organisations to support causes that deliver long-term social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of our client's Responsible Schools program by building relationships with local schools and planning volunteering activities.
Track and monitor community activities and support colleague community days.
Assist with events planning and local engagement in partnership with their community trust.
Identify community investment projects by working with stakeholders, partners, and local community representatives.
Collaborate with internal and external communications teams to raise awareness of community investment activities.
Promote community investment work on social media in collaboration with the social media team.
Capture and record stakeholder feedback to improve community investment activities.
Provide administrative support to the Community and Charities Partnerships Manager as needed.
Be an active and supportive member of the Communities and Sustainability team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in a community engagement role with a strong understanding of the community engagement landscape.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of various communication channels, including traditional, digital, and social media.
