The Role As a Family/Systemic Therapist, responsibilities include: Providing assessments and interventions for young people and their families referred to CAMHS inpatient Eating Disorder Services. Working within CQC, QNIC, and other regulatory standards to ensure high-quality care. Regularly reviewing and monitoring treatment outcomes using goal-based assessment methods. Contributing to service development, including incorporating service user feedback and delivering in-house training. Developing care pathways and treatment protocols to enhance patient outcomes. Providing specialist supervision, training, and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups and reflective practice. Candidate Requirements Relevant post-graduate qualification in Therapy. Accreditation with a recognised professional body. Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions within a CAMHS setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with young people and their families. Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development.
