This role will see you working closely as part of a proactive team to deliver a first-class total FM service within a portfolio of 5 properties.

Key responsibilities include:
* Lead operational management, ensuring high standards in cleaning, repair, and presentation.
* Conduct regular site inspections, uploading documented reports as required.
* Manage property maintenance for safety and security, overseeing service providers.
* Assist with the drafting of service charge budgets
* Review and optimize operational processes for compliance and best practices.
* Deliver services within budget, including tendering and order management.
* Act as the primary point of contact for occupier issues, resolving them efficiently.
* Foster relationships with suppliers, motivate teams, and oversee sustainability initiatives, health and safety, and manned sites.
