Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Review and Optimization:
* Conduct a comprehensive review of our current digital marketing strategy and website performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement a strategic digital marketing plan to increase lead generation and brand awareness for our summer school programs for our 2025 summer camps and beyond
* Campaign Management and Optimization:
* Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive high-quality leads and boost program enrolment.
* Regularly monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
* Experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and creative content to continually improve ad performance and lead quality.
* Audience Targeting and Expansion:
* Identify and target key international markets through data-driven audience segmentation, aligning with our target demographic profiles.
* Create effective retargeting campaigns to re-engage visitors and increase conversion rates.
* Content and Creative Collaboration:
* Work with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with an international audience and communicate the value of our summer school programs.
* Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and speaks to our target audience’s aspirations and interests.
* Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital campaigns, providing regular updates to the team on insights, results, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
* Utilise analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to gain insights into web traffic sources and user behaviour, continuously refining the approach based on data.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven Experience:
* Demonstrable experience managing and optimising paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads .
* A track record of successful digital marketing strategies that have driven lead generation and high ROI, ideally for education or youth-oriented services.
* Analytical Skills:
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools to assess performance and user behaviour.
* Project Management Skills:
* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively, bringing strategic vision to life through effective digital execution.
* Education:
* Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
